Stephanie Leonard
Stephanie Leonard brings a unique blend of expertise as both a workforce strategist and interior designer, with two decades of experience transforming global HR programs, building apprenticeships, and advising C-suite leaders across diverse industries.
Her human-centered design approach is deeply attuned to safety, emotional intelligence, and lived experience. This includes specialized trauma-sensitive design for clients with PTSD, ensuring that every space promotes healing and well-being. This compassionate methodology informs both our studio's residential work and the innovative apprenticeship model we're developing.
Stephanie's vision extends beyond beautiful spaces to creating meaningful opportunities for women to thrive in skilled trades, combining her passion for design with her commitment to workforce empowerment and social change.
